01Why is there no licence fee?
Medyzen runs managed pharmacies. Clinics that use Vitels are the relationships Medyzen builds in a city, and typed prescriptions are easier for any pharmacy to read than handwriting. That is the whole business reason. It is disclosed on this page and in the application.
02Does Vitels send my patients to Medyzen pharmacies?
No. There is no default routing, no pharmacy reference and no QR code on the prescription, and no tracking of where a prescription is filled. The patient chooses their pharmacy.
03Will you sell or share my prescription data?
No. No pharma analytics, no real-world-evidence product, no in-product advertising, no cross-clinic aggregation. This is a permanent rule written into the product requirements, not a promotional period.
04Will there be a paid plan later?
If a paid tier ever appears, everything listed on this page stays free for clinics already using it. We will give written notice before any change.
05What does Medyzen get from the data, then?
Nothing beyond running the service for your clinic. Medyzen is the data processor; your clinic is the data fiduciary. Medyzen staff have no standing access to patient records.
