EMR (electronic medical record)
An EMR (electronic medical record) is a patient's medical record kept in software by one clinic or hospital: visits, findings, prescriptions and history, in place of paper files.
OPD vs IPD
OPD (outpatient department) treats patients who are seen and go home the same day; IPD (in-patient department) treats patients admitted to a hospital bed.
