Clinic management software · India
(registration, queue, prescription, billing and reports)
Built for single-doctor and small multi-doctor clinics. No licence fee, no pharma data sale, nothing in the product that routes your patients anywhere. Your patients, your records.

Why Vitels
Vitels records what the clinic already does, once, and makes doing it again fast. It never suggests a diagnosis or a drug.
How it works
(front desk and doctor, on their own screens)
How a visit starts
Every way in, handled the same
Vitels
One screen for the front desk, one for the doctor
Found by phone number. Family of three on one mobile.

Doctor
Where it lands
Paper the patient takes home, data you keep
Phone number, walk-in or follow-up: the same patient, the same history, the same family on one number.
Fees, timings, favourites and templates are set up once per doctor and used on every visit.
Tokens, prescriptions and receipts are written to the clinic's own record, with an audit trail the admin can read.
Works offline
(without a server in the clinic)
Today's queue, each patient's recent history, the drug list and your favourites live on the device. Only new patient registration needs the internet.

One visit, start to finish
Reception and the doctor work on the same queue, in real time, on their own screens.
Type the phone number. Existing patients and family members appear. New patient takes under a minute.
Families on one number
A daily token is issued. Reception can reorder, mark priority, or hold a place for someone who stepped out.
Optional 80 mm token slip
The doctor sees the current patient, the last prescription and allergies. Writes, repeats or edits in seconds.
F4 repeats the last visit
Prescription prints on the clinic letterhead. Reception records the fee and prints a receipt.

Security and ownership
(HIPAA-style thinking, Indian clinic reality)
Each clinic's records are separated at the database layer. One clinic can never read another's.
No Medyzen staff member has standing access to patient records. Support access is reason-gated, time-limited and logged.
A clinic admin exports the full clinic data as CSV from the admin screen. No request, no approval, no waiting.

Who it is for
Each role gets its own screen, its own shortcuts and its own page here.

The last visit and allergies sit beside the pad. Favourites and templates are yours alone. Nothing in the product suggests a drug or a dose.

FAQ
There is no licence fee, no per-doctor fee and no per-patient fee. Medyzen builds Vitels because clinics that use it become long-term relationships for Medyzen's pharmacy business. Nothing inside the software routes your patients to Medyzen, and your prescription data is never sold or shared.
Yes. Today's queue, each patient's recent history, the drug list and your favourites are kept on the device. You can call patients, write and print prescriptions and record bills with no connection. Everything syncs when the connection returns. Only new patient registration needs the internet.
Yes. Each doctor has their own queue, fees, consultation duration, availability, favourites and templates. Reception sees every doctor's queue. Reports split by doctor.
A browser on the desktop or laptop you already have at the front desk. Doctors can use a tablet. No installation, no server in the clinic. A printer for prescriptions and receipts.
Only staff you add to your clinic. Clinics are separated at the database level, so one clinic can never read another's records. No Medyzen staff member has standing access to patient records. If support ever needs to open a record, it is reason-gated, time-limited and written to an access log your clinic admin can read at any time.
No. It records your decisions and makes repeating them fast. There is no drug-interaction checking, dosage validation or diagnosis suggestion, and there will not be.
Yes, at any time, with no approval needed. A clinic admin can export the full clinic data as CSV files in a zip from the admin screen.
Not yet. Your clinic's ABDM facility and doctor registration status can be recorded in settings, but nothing is sent to ABDM today. ABHA linking and consent-based record sharing are on the roadmap and not switched on. We do not advertise incentive figures; eligibility under any government scheme depends on your clinic's own registrations and NHA verification.
Sign in with your mobile number, enter the clinic details, and our team verifies your medical council registration before patient registration switches on. Usually one working day.
