Doctors and attendants
Add a doctor with fees, consultation duration, follow-up days and weekly availability. Invite by a single-use link bound to their mobile. Assign attendants to one, several or all doctors.
Revenue you can trust
Summary cards with change on last month, every transaction with search and filters, per-doctor split. Saved amounts cannot be edited; a mistake is voided with a reason and a new receipt.
Reports
Patients and collections by day and by payment mode, per-doctor counts, follow-up due list, patients-per-day chart.
Schedules and leaves
Day, week and month calendar. Sessions with overlap checks, leave and closed days, front-desk appointment booking.
Full export, no approval
Seven CSV files in a zip from the admin screen, any time. Every export is written to the audit log.
Access you control
Removing a staff member ends their session at once. A clinic always keeps one active admin. Every staff and clinic change is audited.
Patient notices in your name
The registration notice is printed on the token slip and receipt in Hindi and English, with your grievance contact. Custom registration fields are supported.

01I consult and also own the clinic. Do I need two accounts?
No. One account holds both roles. A switcher in the header moves between the consultation and admin surfaces.
02Can I see what each doctor collected this month?
Yes. Revenue analysis splits by doctor for admins, and reports show per-doctor patient counts.
03What happens if a receptionist leaves?
Remove their access in Admin. Their session ends immediately and they cannot sign in to your clinic again. Their past actions stay attributed to them in the audit log.
04Who owns the data?
Your clinic. Medyzen processes it on your instructions and never uses it for anything else. Export it in full whenever you like.
