Vitels is the record-keeping software a small clinic runs its day on: registration, token queue, consultation, prescription pad, printing, billing and reports. It works offline and it has no licence fee.
What Vitels is
Vitels is clinic management software for single-doctor clinics and, with Vitels Pro, small multi-doctor clinics. Reception registers patients and runs the queue, the doctor writes and prints prescriptions on the clinic letterhead, and billing and reports close the day. The queue, consultation, printing and billing keep working when the internet does not.
Core Vitels is free, with no licence fee, no per-doctor fee and no per-patient fee. Vitels Pro is an optional add-on at ₹999 a month plus GST for more than one doctor, an online patient registration link and revenue analysis. Vitels records the doctor's decisions and never suggests a diagnosis or a drug. It is not a pharmacy and not a telehealth service, and it never sells or shares prescription data.

Vitels is built and operated by Vedly Technology Private Limited, a company registered in India. Vedly Technology Private Limited is the seller of Vitels Pro; payments are processed by Razorpay.
