What does each Eka Doc plan cost and include?

Eka Care's page shows each plan with a higher figure struck through and the current price beside it. The page states that all prices are exclusive of 18% GST, and that Eka Clinic Pro is only available on yearly billing.

• Eka Doc Plus: ₹16,999 a year (shown against ₹19,999), 1 doctor and 2 staff, aimed at solo doctors
• Eka Doc Pro: ₹18,749 a year (shown against ₹24,999), 1 doctor and 2 staff; its card lists a speciality-based Rx pad, prescription templates and revenue analytics
• Eka Clinic Pro: ₹1,00,000 a year (shown against ₹1,25,000), 5 doctors and 15 staff; its card lists dedicated front-desk software for multi-doctor management and 100 GB of storage
• Extra seats on every plan: a basic seat at +₹8,000, and a premium seat at +₹16,999 (Plus) or +₹18,749 (Pro and Clinic Pro)
• Storage: 20 GB free on the 1-doctor plans, 100 GB on Clinic Pro, then ₹1,200 per 20 GB
• Teleconsultation: 200 minutes free, then 50 paise a minute
• WhatsApp messages: 1 Eka credit per message, at ₹1 = 1 credit

What does a year of Eka Doc cost with GST?

Adding Eka Care's stated 18% GST to its published yearly prices: Eka Doc Plus comes to about ₹20,059, Eka Doc Pro to about ₹22,124, and Eka Clinic Pro to ₹1,18,000. A second doctor on a 1-doctor plan as a premium seat adds ₹16,999 or ₹18,749 before GST; a basic seat adds ₹8,000 before GST.

Messages are the line most likely to move. At 1 credit per WhatsApp message and ₹1 per credit, a clinic that sends 40 messages a day for 300 working days would use 12,000 credits, or ₹12,000 a year, on top of the plan. Which Eka Care add-ons have a price?

The same page lists add-ons with a starting price. It also offers a custom plan through a scheduled call. The form builder is marked non-refundable on the page. Eka's separate hospital product, EKA IPD, has no published price; its page says "Get tailored pricing for your hospital".

Is there a free trial or refund?

Eka Care's doctor page has "Try For Free" buttons and states "The Eka Promise": a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the practice management tool within the first 2 weeks. The pricing page shows a monthly and annual billing switch; the monthly figures were not visible in the version of the page we read, so ask Eka for them if you prefer to pay monthly.

How does Vitels's price compare with Eka Care?

Core Vitels has no licence fee, no per-doctor fee and no per-patient fee. Vitels Pro, for more than one doctor, is ₹999 per clinic per month, with no GST charged at present, a 14-day free trial and cancellation any time. Twelve months of Vitels Pro is ₹11,988. Patients get their token on WhatsApp and SMS.

Eka Care's plans include things Vitels does not offer today: teleconsultation minutes, ABHA onboarding, AI voice documentation, e-lab and medicine home delivery, and drug interaction alerts in DocAssist.
