Pricing
DocPulse pricing, what DocPulse publishes about cost and terms, and what to ask for in writing
DocPulse does not publish a price for its clinic or hospital software. Its FAQ, read on 27 Oct 2026, says pricing is modular and quoted after a call or demo, and its pricing address leads to the contact page. Its terms of use do publish the payment rules: fees payable annually in advance, 18% GST on top, a minimum one-year term, no refunds, and up to a 5% price increase from the second year. Below is everything DocPulse states about cost on its own pages, the questions that decide the real figure, and Vitels's published price beside it.
How much does DocPulse cost?
DocPulse does not publish a price on its website. Its FAQ, read on 27 Oct 2026, says pricing is modular, you pay for the modules your practice needs, and you contact sales or request a demo for a tailored plan. Its terms of use say fees are payable annually in advance, GST at 18% is charged on top of the quoted price, the minimum term is one year, fees are non-refundable, and software charges may rise by up to 5% a year from the second year of renewal.

What does DocPulse publish about price?
On its home page FAQ, read on 27 Oct 2026, DocPulse says: "Pricing is modular and transparent. You pay for the modules your practice needs. There are no hidden fees." It asks you to contact its sales team or request a demo to get a tailored pricing plan. The address docpulse.com/pricing leads to the contact page, and we found no figure anywhere on the site.
The same FAQ explains what "modular" covers: a solo doctor can start with appointment scheduling and EMR, a multi-specialty clinic can add pharmacy, lab and billing modules, and a hospital can switch on IPD, OPD, inventory and analytics. So the price you are quoted depends on which of DocPulse's modules you take: EMR, appointments and queue, billing, pharmacy, lab (LIMS), telemedicine, IVR booking, inventory and in-patient management, among others.
What do DocPulse's terms say about payment?
DocPulse's terms of use, read on 27 Oct 2026, are more specific than its pricing FAQ. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these apply to a subscription:
- All fees are payable annually in advance
- GST, currently 18%, is charged in addition to the quoted price
- Software charges may rise by up to 5% a year from the second year of renewal
- Subscriptions run for a minimum term of one year and cannot be cancelled during the term
- All fees paid are non-refundable, unless a refund was agreed in writing before signing
- Written notice of non-renewal is needed at least 30 days before the renewal date
- Prepaid SMS and WhatsApp credits and other add-ons are non-refundable and non-transferable
- A one-time licence model with an annual maintenance contract (AMC) is also mentioned
Which DocPulse costs sit outside the subscription?
The terms list several charges that are quoted or billed separately. None has a figure on the site, so each is a line to get in your written quote.
- Live training sessions beyond the number in your quotation
- Changes to EMR, IP or OP templates after the agreed post-go-live window
- Custom form and template configuration, such as prescription templates, "as per the applicable price list"
- Cloud storage beyond the included amount, billed per GB for images and video
- Migrating data from your existing system, depending on volume and complexity
- SMS and WhatsApp credits
Is there a DocPulse free trial?
Yes, short and assisted. DocPulse's home page offers a 1-week assisted trial with full platform access, and its terms describe a live product demonstration and an optional free trial of up to 7 days. The terms then say that, because of the demo and trial, fees paid are non-refundable. Its FAQ says most clinics and small hospitals are running within 3 to 7 days.
One more line in the terms matters when you compare: any quotation or pricing DocPulse sends you is confidential and should not be shared with third parties without its written consent. Keep that in mind if you plan to show a quote to another vendor.
How does Vitels's price compare with DocPulse?
Core Vitels has no licence fee, no per-doctor fee and no per-patient fee, and one doctor can run the full OPD day on it. Vitels Pro, which adds more doctors with their own queues, fees and timings, is ₹999 per clinic per month, ₹11,988 for twelve months, with no GST charged at present, a 14-day free trial and cancellation any time. The price is on our pricing page, not in a quote.
They are not the same product. DocPulse lists IPD, lab, pharmacy, telemedicine, IVR booking, insurance and multi-branch modules, none of which Vitels has. If you need those, the questions below are the ones to settle with DocPulse. If your clinic is OPD only, our DocPulse alternative page compares the two point by point.
